If you need another copy or just want to see if
there are any updates, you can download the current help file (.chm format).
EasyListBox is an ASP.NET server control. This means that your server is required to have ASP.NET 2.0* installed, and the ASP.NET AJAX Extensions. If you do not have ASP.NET, you can
download
it from the Microsoft website.
* If your environment currently runs ASP.NET 1.0/1.1 (or 2.0 without the AJAX Extensions), you can download the ELB 3.5 trial
version instead. You can also request ELB 3.5 via the Comments field at purchase time (the subsequent upgrade to 4.0 is free whenever you're ready); version 3.5 is still supported
with updates to the core Javascript library.

Please include the following information:
- A detailed description of the problem (e.g. what did you do, what did the component do vs. what you expected it to do)
- For server-side errors, the error message and stack trace
- For client-side errors, the Javascript error message.
- As much of the relevant code as you feel comfortable sending
- Client Browser brand, version/build
- Operating System (client and server)
- Service Pack and updates (client and server)
- Any anti-virus, firewall, or other "governing" software you may have installed
